At Ondine Restaurant, every dish celebrates Scotland’s natural larder. Inspired by seasonal produce and crafted with imagination, our menu offers a true taste of the coast—overlooking the stunning West Sands beach in St Andrews.

Join us for:

  • Oyster Happy Hour: Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm until 5pm
  • Tee time: Tuesday to Friday from 5pm until 6.30pm
  • Dinner: Tuesday to Sunday from 5 pm (last orders 9:30 pm) Tables or bar stools available
  • Sunday Lunch: Noon until 5pm
  • The Board Room:  Open daily from 7 am with an all-day menu

Closed Mondays, please call 01334 796 700 to check opening times.  Please note during Graduation Week 2026 from Monday 29th June to Friday 3rd July, Ondine Oyster & Grill will be open daily from noon until last orders at 9.30pm, booking highly recommended.

In 1418 on the grassy area you can still see outside of our windows Scottish archers first stood side by side to hone their skills with the longbow and compete for the Silver Arrow - a symbol of skill strength and perhaps too a fierce loyalty to the Scottish Crown.
